What is the company’s history?
Originally Dundee Precious Metals was a closed-end fund, with a majority of its investments in the gold mining industry. In September 2003, after extensive due diligence, we acquired two gold assets in Bulgaria. In April 2004, we finalized our conversion to a gold mining company.
Today, we are a mid-tier gold producer, based in Canada, with operating mines in Bulgaria, and development properties in Ecuador, Serbia, and Bulgaria.

What assets does Dundee Precious Metals own and where are they located?
DPM global portfolio includes the Chelopech underground mine (100%), the Ada Tepe open-pit mine (100%), both of which are located in Bulgaria, the Timok gold project in Serbia (100%) and the Loma Larga project in Ecuador (100%). DPM also has two exploration projects, Čoka Rakita in Serbia and Tierras Coloradas in Ecuador.

What is the cross-border conversion process and what should shareholders consider before proceeding?
DPM Metals Inc. (DPM) shares of common stock (DPM Shares) tradeable on TSX can be converted, on a 1:1 basis, into DPM CHESS Depositary Interests (DPM CDIs) tradeable on ASX (and vice versa). This process can be completed within 24 hours, timezones permitting, when a valid instruction is provided to DPM’s global registrar, Computershare.
Before considering converting securities across borders, DPM shareholders and DPM CDI holders should ensure their current broking arrangements are suitable to allow them to trade in the other market.
